During May-July 2011 we participated in an EU expert mission to China and the drafting of new program program of cooperation between EU and China. Our specific task was to define a new 3-year program of cooperation between the EU and China, specifically to set up pilot CO2 emission trading schemes in 6 Chinese provinces and cities.
